Technology is the first video piece that I created through the filming of a miniature set. This set consisted of a dark room, a light board on stands and circuit boards. I remembered my experience of flying over Budapest at night time shortly before beginning to work on this piece. While observing the lit up city from above I was struck by its close resemblance to circuit boards both in a visual and functional matter. Circuit boards are filled with components that are connected through channels of electricity. The buildings within a city relate closely to the components as they are connected both through roads 'channels' and electricity.
